FAQ - Zohodesk Playstore integration

Please contact our support team at hs@spritle.com

1. Update your Zohodesk APIkey.
2. Give the respective Department name to assign the ticket.

3. Go to add app and save the playstore details.

4. Go to my app and start the app.

In Zohodesk go to settings at the top right corner. Under General select Departments.

Please visit this link https://accounts.zoho.com/home#sessions/userauthtoken to access and remove unwanted APIkey. Then re-generate to get a new API key.
